In Islam, true happiness is understood as a state of inner peace and contentment that arises from a strong connection with Allah, fulfilling one’s obligations, and adhering to a righteous way of life.
True happiness is not found in material wealth or fleeting pleasures, but in the pursuit of spiritual growth, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing positively to society.
Islam teaches that gratitude and patience are key to navigating life’s challenges, while acts of kindness, charity, and helping others enhance one’s sense of fulfillment.
By living in accordance with Islamic principles, individuals can experience a deep, enduring happiness that connects them to Allah’s mercy and the promise of eternal happiness in the Hereafter.
Allah, the Almighty, says: : "Whoever does righteous deeds, male or female, while being a believer, We will surely grant him a good life[61], and We will surely reward them according to the best of their deeds[62]." (Quran 16:97)
