Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last Prophet in a long chain of Prophets sent to call the people to the obedience and worship of God alone.
At the age of forty, he received the revelation from God. He then spent the remaining portion of his life explaining, and living the teachings of Islam, the religion that God revealed to him.
Muhammad (peace be upon him) was sent with the Quran to demonstrate how its teachings should be applied.
Through his life and teachings, God made Muhammad the perfect example for all people - he was the exemplary prophet, statesman, military leader, ruler, teacher, neighbor, husband, father and friend. Unlike other prophets and messengers, all the words and deeds of Prophet Muhammad were memorized and then recorded in writing. Jesus and Muhammad taught the same fundamental idea: Worship only ONE GOD. And Mohammad is sent to all humanity because he is the last messenger of God.
We do not worship Muhammad, we do not worship Jesus, we only worship God Almighty who created them.
